Key Features
✅ Diameter Reduction Repair—A single piece can complete pipe hole enlargement or thread repair, eliminating the need to replace the entire pipe fitting, making it economical and efficient.
✅ Double-Layer Sealing—Both internal and external threads are precision machined, forming a double seal with the pipe and new fitting, ensuring reliable and leak-proof connection. ✅ Compact Structure – Its compact design minimizes installation space requirements, making it ideal for confined or complex piping layouts.
✅ Robust and Corrosion-Resistant – Made of malleable iron, its robust structure and blackened surface treatment provide excellent corrosion resistance and extend its service life.
✅ Easy Installation – Simple operation; installation can be completed quickly using common tools, significantly reducing maintenance and renovation time.
Applications
• Repair and reuse of old threaded holes in piping systems
• Conversion connections for equipment interfaces from small to large diameter pipe fittings
• Temporary or permanent diameter changes at pipe branches or equipment access points
• Hole adjustments required due to design changes in building water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems
Quality Commitment
This product is manufactured strictly according to industry standards and undergoes dimensional accuracy and thread fit testing to ensure smooth diameter changes and effective sealing. We are committed to providing you with reliable pipe repair and connection solutions.
Installation Tips: Before installation, ensure the existing threaded hole is clean and undamaged. It is recommended to wrap sufficient PTFE tape around the external thread of the mandrel and apply sealant. Use a suitable tool to fully screw it into the old hole and tighten it before installing the new pipe fitting into the new internal thread. Do not exceed the torque limit during installation.
