Installation Guide


 ① Confirm the medium flow direction is consistent with the elbow direction.


② Use a nylon-coated wrench to avoid coating damage.


③ It is recommended to mark the flow direction after installation.


④ Add pipe support at 1.5 times the pipe diameter at the elbow outlet.


⑤ Pressure test: Hold at 1.5 times the working pressure for 30 minutes.


Quality Control: 100% magnetic particle inspection of castings.


Angle accuracy measured by coordinate measuring machine.


7.2MPa water pressure burst test.


Coating thickness uniformity test (12 points measured per piece).


1000-hour accelerated acid salt spray test.
