Galvanized malleable iron tees are one of our core pipe fitting products, specifically designed for pipeline branching or merging. They are precision cast from high-quality malleable cast iron (malleable iron) and then treated with a high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing process, forming a strong zinc-iron alloy layer on the base surface. This process gives the product two outstanding properties: firstly, extremely strong corrosion resistance and rust prevention, effectively resisting the erosion of water, air, and various weak corrosive media, with a service life far exceeding that of ordinary black iron fittings; secondly, excellent toughness, avoiding brittle fracture and ensuring safe and reliable operation under pipeline pressure fluctuations.
This product has a standard "T" shape structure, with one inlet and two outlets at 90 degrees (or vice versa), enabling vertical branching of the main pipeline to one side, making it an indispensable connection hub for building pipeline networks. All socket ends are machined with standard tapered pipe threads (Rc/R), featuring clear, high-precision threads. Combined with PTFE tape or sealant, they achieve a tight seal, effectively preventing leakage.
【Application Scenarios】
Widely used in building water supply systems (cold water, hot water, heating, fire protection, etc.), and in industrial low-pressure fluid transportation networks (compressed air, gas, oil, etc.). A reliable choice for both new construction and maintenance/renovation projects.
