Installation Guidelines
① Before installation, ensure the pipe end face is flat and burr-free.
② Use the matching protective gasket during installation to avoid damaging the coating.
③ Use special sealant on threaded parts to avoid leaving Teflon tape debris.
④ Use a torque wrench for installation; recommended torque can be found in the product manual.
⑤ Pressure testing is recommended after installation.
Quality Verification: Chemical analysis and mechanical property testing of each batch of substrate.
Multi-point measurement of electrophoretic coating thickness (≥12 points per piece).
1000-hour acidic salt spray test (pH 3.2 acetic acid solution).
Simulated pressure cycle test under actual working conditions (50,000 cycles).
Value Comparison: Compared with traditional hot-dip galvanized products:
Service life extended by 2-3 times.
Maintenance cycle extended to 15 years.
Overall cost reduced by 30% (considering maintenance costs).
Significantly improved environmental performance.
