Technical Highlights
Fluid Optimization Design
The flow splitter is optimized using CFD simulation to reduce eddy current generation.
The branch pipe connection angle is precisely controlled at 45°, reducing pressure loss by 35%.
The internal cavity is mechanically polished, with a roughness Ra≤6.3μm.
Full Protective Coating System
360° full-immersion electrophoresis process, eliminating any coating dead angles.
40-50μm epoxy resin electrophoretic layer, salt spray resistance ≥1200 hours.
Surface polyurethane transparent topcoat, UV resistant and anti-aging.

Installation specifications:
① Before installation, confirm that the medium flow direction is consistent with the tee direction.
② Use a torque wrench to tighten gradually in a diagonal sequence.
③ It is recommended to add pipe support within 30cm downstream of the branch pipe.
④ Conduct a pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure) 24 hours after installation.
Quality Assurance: 100% penetrant testing of castings.
Multi-point measurement of electrophoretic coating thickness (≥16 points per piece).
6.0MPa water pressure test, holding pressure for 5 minutes.
Full inspection of dimensional accuracy, tolerance controlled within ±0.2mm.
Selection Guide: Standard flow distribution: Equal diameter tee; Main pipe reduction: Reducing tee; High-pressure system: Thickened series tee; Special media: Optional anti-corrosion lining model.
