Installation Guide
① Confirm the medium flow direction is consistent with the elbow direction.
② Use a nylon-coated wrench to avoid coating damage.
③ It is recommended to mark the flow direction after installation.
④ Add pipe support at 1.5 times the pipe diameter at the elbow outlet.
⑤ Pressure test: Hold at 1.5 times the working pressure for 30 minutes.
Quality Control: 100% magnetic particle inspection of castings.
